The purpose of this confidentiality policy (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Confidentiality Policy’) is to inform Users (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Users’) of the following information This Privacy Policy informs Users (hereinafter referred to as ‘Users’) browsing the Planimalia consulting website (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Site’) of the terms and conditions governing the processing of their Personal Data. Planimalia consulting  may collect, consult, store and delete Data directly or indirectly as part of its activities. By using the Site, the User acknowledges and accepts that Planimalia consulting may process certain personal data.

Storage periods for your data

The Data is kept in a form that enables the Users concerned to be identified for a period of time appropriate to the purposes of the processing and in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.

This Data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and may be kept for up to three (3) years following its termination. Planimalia consulting therefore reserves the right to retain certain Data in order to prove that its contractual or legal obligations have been fulfilled. 

Prospective customers' Data may be kept for a period of two (2) years after the last contact from the prospective customer. 

Personal data relating to Customer testimonials appearing on the Site will be kept for the entire life of the Site.

Data relating to suppliers will be kept for a period of two (2) years in order to ensure the continuity of Planimalia consulting's business.

For all retention periods, the following factors are taken into account: 

  • The amount, nature and sensitivity of the Personal Data processed 
  • The risk of harm resulting from the unauthorised use or disclosure of the Personal Data processed 
  • The purposes for which Personal Data is processed
  • The possibility of achieving these objectives by other means
  • Applicable legal requirements

Planimalia consulting will also retain Site Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally kept for a shorter period, except where such data is used to enhance security or improve the functionality of the Site, or where we are legally required to keep such data for a longer period.
