C\u00e9line is a leading figure in wildlife conservation and animal welfare<\/strong> in France and abroad. Fascinated by the animal world and nature since childhood, it was at the age of 10, while rescuing an injured bird, that she decided to dedicate her life to animal protection. With a master's degree in natural sciences, her career took a decisive turn when she became the first European to graduate from the Wildlife Specialist Training School,<\/strong>\u00a0 in Garoua, Cameroon.\u00a0<\/p>

With almost 30 years' experience, she has established herself as a key player in the fight against wildlife trafficking, animal rescue, the resolution of human-animal conflicts and emergency response to disasters, both in Africa and in Europe. In 2012, her determined action to stop the mass poaching of elephants in the Bouba Ndjida park will have a global impact. After managing large-scale projects for major organisations such as IFAW, the Brigitte Bardot Foundation and ONCFS (now OFB), where she began her career, she founded Planimalia consulting<\/strong> to support people who want to put animals at the heart of their humanitarian, social or environmental commitments.<\/span><\/p>

Expert member of the French committee of IUCN, at the origin of an initiative for the protection of wild animals victims of disasters, adopted by 167 countries, she is regularly solicited by the media, and her actions have been the subject of several television documentaries with a large audience.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The name was born of a simple conviction: Animal protection cannot be improvised. It has to be planned. <\/strong>By combining the terms planning<\/em> and animalia <\/em>- the Latin name for the animal kingdom -,<\/em> - we affirm that resilience cannot be built in a hurry<\/strong>. It is upstream, through well-considered choices, good practices, training and action plans, that we can truly protect animals exposed to disasters.
